The City of Pickerington Mayor's Court serves as the Judicial branch for the City. It is held as an example of professionalism in the Central Ohio area. Molly Schwartz was hired in May of 1998 for the position of Deputy Clerk of Court and was appointed Clerk of Court in June of 2001 by Mayor Randall L. Hughes. Ms. Schwartz also served as the Executive Secretary/Administrative Assistant to Mayor Hughes until his resignation in December of 2002, and currently serves in the same capacity for Mayor
Mitch O'Brien.
Ms. Schwartz is a member of the Ohio Association of Municipal Court Clerks and the Central Ohio Association of Mayor's Court Clerks.
The City of Pickerington Mayor's Court meets every Monday at 4:30 PM at Pickerington City Hall (unless there is a holiday). If a holiday falls on a Monday, Mayor's Court will meet on Wednesday.
Eric R. Nordman is the City of Pickerington Mayor's Court Magistrate.
Kelleen R. Roth serves as the prosecuting attorney.
